About The Skills House.



Formed in 1985, the Skills House initially offered Technical Support assistance for a small client base in the financial sector. Over 2 years, the amount of wasted time spent "rescuing" failed implementations, and unstable applications led us to coin the phrase "Implementation Management": the process of proving a new application or infrastructure project before live, rather than after the event.

Our success through 1990-2000 bolstered our reputation, with several successful large-scale implementations, and we have expanded in 2001 with 5 consultants, and larger offices near Spitalfield market.
