 Barclays Property Holdings PLC BPH had comissioned a well-known Management Consultancy to build and implement a Property Management Application, which was built around a central VAX/VMS system with satellite systems in 6 regional offices. The Skills House performed an appraisal of the Facilities-management contract between BPH and the newly-formed Barclays Computer Operations company to support the application, and the release process for new application functionality.
