The specialised nature of our consultancy means that some clients ask us to do similar work that have already done for other clients. Sometimes this means that economies of scale can be passed on to new clients equating to less time and cost to you.

We can therefore offer the following "pre-packaged" solutions:

Technical Project Management Appraisal
This involves analysing the way in which the infrastructure or technical elements of development projects are managed and delivered, highlighting strengths and weaknesses, and formulating a report with recommendations. Normally between 7 to 15 days.

Implementation Process Healthcheck
As it's name suggests, we analyse the current process of "Going Live" and identify risk areas, as well as good working practices. Part of this service also appraises your testing process, and is delivered in a report with appropriate recommendations. Normally between 20-40 days.

Specific Project Implementation Management
On a project or programme level, we can assist with all elements of implementation planning and approach, and optionally manage or co-manage the physical transition into live.

Support Acceptance
Closely ties in with above healthcheck, but focussing on the support components of current and new applications. Typically this piece of work would cover the Fix-On-Fail test process, environment management and the process of successful hand-over from development to support groups. Normally between 12-16 days.

Testing Healthcheck
The use of automated test tools has come of age over the last 5 years, and many companies understand the real payback in terms of quality vs. cost. We can advise on tools selection and use, backing up our recommendations with reference site information, Normally between 10-20 days.
